I have really enjoyed learning to fly with cumulus, Tony is a great
teacher, very patient, professional and I feel very safe when under
his instruction.
Tony really taught me how to Thermal - I fly more securely and
relaxed, so stay in the air much longer. I think that he is one of the
few instructors that I have met in 13 years of paragliding who was able
to handle my stubborn Dutch nature and help me get rid of some nasty
paragliding habits. He talked me out of my comfort zone (and in to the
thermal) without ever giving me the idea that I was left alone. Apart from
that he´s a very hospitable Kiwi with a good laugh, too.
Two really great decisions in the last two years: No 1 start flying, no 2
finish my license in NZ. I was lucky to meet Tony and Dean.
I loved every flight. I'm really glad I chose to do it with you guys.
Training with Cumulus Paragliding was absolutely the best. Tony is an amazing
instructor: - a gifted teacher, a superb pilot, very safety conscious and
patient as. As well as giving me the best start to paragliding they sold
me great gear that is safe, performs and fits me and now I am able to fly.
AWESOME!
Thanks very much for introducing me to paragliding, its safe to say that
I'm now hooked. Im back in England now and its freezing cold!
I've now got a PG2 under my belt thanks to Team Cumulus. They're a lovely
bunch of fun, experienced and honest guys. Your safety and enjoyment are their
utmost concerns.
I loved flying with Cumulus Paragliding... a small, cool group of guys
teaching their personal knowledge! They got so nice (brandnew & safe)
gear as well!
